A lidded Mesquite vessel with finely detailed features that give the impression that part of the piece is woven. Beaded rows are cut into the wood then divided with a burning tool. The decorative pattern is a combination of permanent inks and acrylic paint. The exposed Mesquite section has inlay where borer cavities were present. 8" tall and 6" wide. Finished with numerous coats of penetrating oil.
